What a pleasant stay, no reason to complain. A good choice of gorgeous food. Brand-new units with good climate control, excellent pillows, as example. Very amiable staff during our stay.

Possibly the best and really great stay for family vacation. Favourable, convenient location short walk to New York and the airport. Also, to Broad Street train station.

The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, useful after a long day. The stay was marred by additional fees for a late checkout, along with an unfriendly environment and misleading shuttle service details. Breakfast had decent options like eggs and sausage, but overall it felt lacking in hospitality.

Loved my stay. This was a wonderful stay for family vacation. Most of the staff where helpful and amiable. The food was outstanding with lots of choice! This accommodation was in the remote location close to the train station. It was also close enough to restaurants, Manhattan and airport: D

It was great location near Newark Airport and overlooking Riverfront Stadium. Plus, the staff was friendly, especially for my daughter who felt very welcomed.
In my kids' opinion, the breakfast options could be better and more varied.

For the most part accommodations were good and staff were very helpful. especially accommodating our early arrival. hot breakfast was a nice bonus. They said Booked.net did not send our reservation to them, but got it straightened out quickly. Beds were comfy.
We reported that Our bathroom fan was not turning on and they didn't care. they said "It should work like all the others" No linen or pillow for pull out. we called and they told us come down to pick up from front desk. Did not offer to bring to us. A/C not working in the upper hallways and they were very hot! Ice/vending area at least 85 degrees. The person at the desk when we were checking out did not know how the computer printer in the lobby worked so we could print our airlines boarding passes.

I was traveling with my husband, we really liked the breakfast buffet, felt the choices were plenty and the food was good. The staff in the breakfast area were wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the maid service was excellent.
The front desk staff weren't very friendly, not once did any one of them smile, their voices were always monotone and they seemed as if we were disturbing them when we arrived and anytime we asked for service.

I stayed here for 10 nights and was impressed with how much better my experience was compared to my last trip to newark. The clean and spacious queen room with two queen beds exceeded my expectations, and the housekeeping was consistently good every day. The breakfast options were decent and offered lots of variety for my family.
the internet connection was spotty.

I used to like the hotel it self its a place I went to often and had plans on going again
The manager was very rude to me they have this new rule about only being able to check in if your 21 the person checking in was 20 and the manager was extremely disrespectful as I tried to explain that I had been there before and that the website did not have that posted, he was very loud drawing attention and like I said very rude, this use yo be a repeat hotel now I don't believe I ever want to go to any choice Hotel if they higher staff like that
